Join us for a special festive afternoon with a visit and present from Santa. Taking place in our Gift & Coffee Shop; our elves will guide you to your table for an afternoon of festive joy which includes a feast of mini sandwiches, a selection of mini savouries,  festive sweet treats and a drink to enjoy whilst you await the visit from you know who! All people attending and wishing to be sat at the table need to select one of the options below. We can only accommodate on tables the number of people who book an option in advance. Children must be accompained at all times by at least one paying adult. 

Prices:

Child Afternoon Tea - £16.95 per child. Also includes crafts on the table and a present from Santa

Adult Afternoon Tea - £19.95 (price includes hot drinks from a selection)

Adult Gluten Free Winter Salad - £15.50 (Price also includes hot drink from a selection and a GF cake)

Adult Hot Drink & Cake - £7.50 (a choice from a selection of our range will be available on the day) This options allows all those booking a seat to make a choice on the day. There is not an option to order Afternoon Tea on the day.

Free entry for babies under the age of one year. Please note that a 'Free Baby Ticket' does not include food or a present from Santa. Highchairs are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking. 

Please ensure to let us know of any dietary requirements/dislikes at the time of booking. We can additionally accommodate Pescatarian, Vegetarian and Vegan Afternoon Tea.  Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate a traditional Gluten Free Afternoon Tea with sandwiches and cakes or a children's option.  However, an alternative meal option is available from the booking options.  Any dislikes will be swopped in for other items on the menu. We cannot accommodate special food requests not on the menu. We cannot accommodate dietary changes on the day of the event. Alcohol will be available to purchase on the day to accompany your afternoon tea should you wish (over 18s only, ID may be required). 

If you wish to be seated with another booking, please email helllo@bawdonlodgefarm.co.uk with both the lead names and booking references. Please do not send any messages through social media regarding your booking, thank you. Unfortunately we are unable to take physical bookings over the phone or email, only booking updates. 

Tables can only be booked during this event for Afternoon Tea with Santa. Any spare unbooked Afternoon Tea Tables will be available to customers visiting the Gift &  Coffee Shop on the day.  SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
