Food & Drink Companies please read before applying
We welcome applications from Food & Drink companies who are selling products as gifts. As we have our own in house coffee shop with lunch menu; we have food to eat on the day covered. Consideration will be given to those offering treats not currently sold by ourselves. Please get in touch with any questions on the email below before applying.
If selling alcohol as gifts; stallholders must have their own Personal License and are able to trade under our Premises License which covers retail on and off site. A TEN is not required.
If selling food items as gifts please ensure you attach a copy of your food hygiene rating from your local authority.

About the Events
This is our annual Christmas Shopping Event!
We have been hosting this event since 2017 - way before the Gift & Coffee Shop were born!
Please come along and support local businesses and why not treat yourself to a spot of retail therapy!
This weekend is ran differently to our usual offering so please read below for further details!
General Entry to the event during opening times is FREE
Car park limited to 100 cars.
CASH & CARD ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL
Please follow the instructions of our friendly car parking stewards upon arrival.
Please do not park on the roadside, thank you.

Whilst dogs are welcome on a lead in the Coffee Shop area,
this shopping event weekend can get very busy and so we recommend considering leaving your fur family at home on this occasion and enjoy hands-free shopping!
Facilities and Accessibility
Toilets & baby changing facilities. Accessible Parking (subject to availability).
All on ground level on concrete / indoors.
Indoor Seating & Table Bookings
Lots of indoor seating - sharing tables to meet with old friends or make new friends!
Table Bookings are not available over the days of the event
Can we just visit for a coffee?
Yes! The Coffee Shop Counter will be open.
Card payments accepted?
Yes - all the stallholders can accept card payments. All food & drink can be purchased by card too.
Should I bring cash too?
Yes - We do recommend bringing some cash too as often when all stallholders systems are processing payments; the card payment providers can slow down/experience difficulties.
There are not any local cash points nearby.
Yes - children welcome - please keep them close by
Yes - the event is held across our farm all on one side.
