About 2023's event
This is our annual Christmas Shopping Event!
We have been hosting this event since 2017 - way before the Gift & Coffee Shop were born!
Please come along and support local businesses and why not treat yourself to a spot of retail therapy!
This weekend is ran differently to our usual offering so please read below for further details!

General Entry to the event during opening times is FREE
Car Parking £2 - car park limited to 100 cars.
CASH & CARD ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL
Please follow the instructions of our friendly car parking stewards upon arrival.
Please do not park on the roadside, thank you.

Coffee Shop Seating Area
Local Stallholders will take over the seating area with Clothing, Christmas Gifts, Jewellery, Candles, Artisan Ranges, Homewares

Open - food & drink served in eco-friendly takeaway cups/containers
Our Gift Shop
Open and fully stocked for Christmas
Heated Tipi with Seating
Additional food & drink served in eco-friendly takeaway cups/containers
Bench Seating - this is the only indoor area with seating available
Fire Pit - Marshmallows available to buy for roasting!

Dogs
Whilst dogs are welcome on a lead in the Coffee Shop area,
this shopping event weekend can get very busy
and so we recommend considering leaving your fur family at home on this occasion and enjoy hands-free shopping!
Facilities and Accessibility
Toilets & baby changing facilities. Accessible Parking (subject to availability).
All on ground level on concrete / indoors.
The Heated Tipi is accessed by a small distance over grass and then has inside matting.
Indoor Seating & Table Bookings
A gorgeous Tipi with fire pit to keep you warm and toasty whilst roasting marshmallows and having a bite to eat. Mulled wine, Bailey's Hot Chocolate, Prosecco and much more! Supplied by our friends at Sami Tipi.
Table Bookings are not available over the three days of the event
Can we just visit for a coffee?
Yes but the car park entry will still be £2 for all. The Coffee Shop Counter will be open but bench seating is only available in the Heated Tipi - subject to availability.
Food & drink will be served in eco-friendly takeaway cups/containers
Card payments accepted?
Yes - all the stallholders can accept card payments. All food & drink can be purchased by card too.
Should I bring cash too?
Yes - We do recommend bringing some cash too as often when all stallholders systems are processing payments; the card payment providers can slow down/experience difficulties.
There are not any local cash points nearby.
Music
There will be a live singer to keep you entertained on Friday 24th Nov from 6pm
VIP Ticket Update
After speaking to many of our regular customers who wish to visit on the Friday; we have decided to open all day from 10am until 8pm with general admission and do away with the VIP option.
Yes - children welcome - please keep them close by
Yes - the event is held across our farm all on one side.
