Our award winning Events Team who manage our bars are available to hire offsite at your chosen location. 

 

We offer various options which include:-

 

Cash Bar Facility - Hire our team to provide a full bar service where your guests pay for their own drinks.

  • We will provide our own rustic bar along with glassware, compostable drinksware  and staff.  

  • Our bars are fully stocked and offer a range of beverages including locally brewed beers, draught lager (upon request), exclusive wines, spirits and soft drinks including our range of Mr Fitzpatrick's Vintage Cordials. We have a range of  house cocktails designed by our very own mixologist.  And of course Burleigh's Gin - which is distilled here on the farm. You may request to add items of your choosing too.

  • Temporary Events Notice (license to sell and serve alcohol) is applied for your chosen venue to include the services we provide.

 

Credit Bar Facility - Our team will provide a bar service inline with your requirements where you pay for your guests drinks.

Service is provided as per our Cash Bar Facility. 

     

Drinks Pacakage - Individually designed & fully serviced drinks package to suit your wish list.  Why not add this to our Cash Bar Facility to provide you guests with their daytime drinks?

Drinks Packages from £20 per person plus VAT. Drink packages are quoted for separately. Example package:-

   

  • Welcome drink – chose from our selection of house cocktails, Prosecco or our house fizz  - Charles Du Saint Ceran. Beers, cider & soft drinks options also available.

  • Corney & Barrow wine during the meal.

  • Water on the tables – sparkling also available.

  • Celebratory toast – Prosecco, Fizz, Tequila, Port, Brandy – your tipple, your choice!

  • All glassware, staff and service included. 

     

Our prices are in line with local pubs & restaurants in the Loughborough area. 

 

Our team hold Personal Licences and we will apply for the TEN for your event* if your location is not licensed. If WIFI is available at your location we are able to offer card payment facilities too.

 

Other options available including pre-paid kegs of beer, drink tokens and our new 'Ring for Gin' bar. Please ask for details.
