We are looking for cheerful, upbeat and hard working people to join our fabulous team.

​

Customer service and personality is key to all positions.  A can-do attitude is a must. Working with Team Bawdon includes a variety of tasks such as setting up and clearing down involving carrying and lifting stock and equipment, meet & greeting visitors, maintaining the woodland,  washing up and  all sorts!  WE all do all of the jobs required! 

And most importantly; making sure our visitors are having a great time! Including our furry friends! Yes we are dog friendly.

All our team work hard together and enjoy the working in The Gift & Coffee Shop and the different events we host.  We also congratulate our hard working team with celebration events.
